2.7.3.1 No HVAC System Intended

Standard 90.1-2019 PRM doesn’t address buildings that are intended to have no HVAC system. Portions of a building with no heating and cooling system shall be simulated to be unconditioned for the baseline as well.

Standard 90.1-2022 PRM does not address buildings that are intended to have no HVAC system. Portions of a building with no heating and cooling system shall be simulated to be unconditioned for the baseline as well.
